how do you tell someone you *still* like them without coming right out and saying it? like bring up a topic kinda related to relationships and saying something? idk what to say...ive decided i have to tell him sooner or later...

Kino escalation - touch more and more
Teasing - tension = hard to get + humor + lots of laughing.
Body language - women do this naturally, but you should show off your features more such as twirling you hair, showing of hips subtly, etc... A little bit more than longer eye contact than appropriate = a bit of discomfort and tension = chemistry.

I totally understand where you're coming from. I'm going through the samething. I on the otherhand have decided I'm going to give the guy I like a card this weekend when I see him. If it's hard for you to find the words maybe you should try a card that does express how you feel.

You could start walking towards him, and as you get closer tell him you really like him, then right at the last moment...... trip, with any luck you will fall into his arms, and he will bend down to kiss you, thus saving any embarrassment to either side.

ok im like that...ok what you go is ask this gut or girl if they want to hang out and then after a while just be like i have to tell you something and them tell him that you still have feelings for that person....i do it all the time

You can just 'show' it. Call him to see how hes doing or say you just wanna talk. Go up to him and start talking for no particular reason. Text him and just say you missed him and hope to talk later.

Well, that really depends on how things ended, and how long ago, and if he's moved on (or not).
No easy answer...so maybe more details would help.
