It's an interesting thought but how would you know if it has the slightest possibility of being right or not?

As a Wiccan this is mainly what I believe;
"Even though some religions claim to know the answer to this, I think I can safely say that no one really knows what happens after you die. As with so many things in this faith, not all Wiccans share precisely the same concept of an afterlife. That said, here is a general idea of what most Wiccans believe in.
After we die, our soul goes to a resting place called the Summerlands. This is not a 'heaven' or 'hell', since it is only a place where our souls reside until being reborn. We strongly believe in reincarnation. Each life brings us different experiences and situations. New lessons are learned every time. If we do not face the challenges and overcome them, we will likely find ourselves reliving the same problems over and over.

Of course, we are not aware of these past-lives at any given time, except during our time in the Summerlands.
There, we can look back on what we've learned as well as visit with any loved ones who are also there." Blessed Be

I don't know for sure, but here's the best argument I've ever heard against reincarnation: If we come back again and again to "learn" the right path, why do we have absolutely no memory of the wrong paths we took previously? What would be the point? Would a person not indefinitely choose the same paths? Seems logical to me.

Some religions believe that selective reincarnation is a choice after life. Others believe that God will chose if you are able to return, and as what animal. I, Personally do not believe that anything will happen after life, but some hope is better than no hope at all I suppose.

Hi, yes we do choose who we come back as, but not animal or bird. The purpose of reincarnation is to lead an earthly life and learn lessons, have experiences that we havn't done in previous incarnations for the progression of our soul and our progression in the spirit world. It would not be beneficial to come back as a bird or animal. Saying that, I understand from my spirit guides that an animal who has been treated as a human in an earthly life (such as cats as pets) can evolve into a human in their next incarnation. We not only choose ourselves who we shall be, but we choose ie. get together with other souls in the spirit world (soul family) to enter our next reincarnation together. So you can choose to be a man in your next life if you want to!

Well I am sorry , no man can answer that. You will only know when you die and if you come back you will have no memory of that.The only thing that comes close to that answer is in the bible when Jesus says I knew you before you were in your fathers loins.

I believe the bible which says we can't come back, our souls are eternal and we go to heaven or hell. I only believed this after I met with Jesus and became a christian, before that I believed lots of different things

Depends on who you ask... Don't ask us, none of us actually know - even though you will get people saying 'yes' and people saying 'no', the truth is that none of us knows for sure.

So just live this life and worry about the next one when it comes.
