Get plenty of good rest and take plenty of liquids and Vitamin C.
“Starve a cold and feed a fever.”
By feeding a fever, you give your body lots of liquid so you can sweat it out of your system. When you have a fever, that’s your body trying to fight off the infection (by sort of burning it up with an elevated body temperature). This is why you should take plenty of fluids – something Vitamin C, preferably, which also helps the body fight infection.

You should drink warm lemonade with honey in to sooth your sore throat. take some paracetamol to help with a high temperature, and drink orange juice cause vitamin c is good for a cold. viruses tend to go on their own within 7 days. if you are old enough a tot of whiskey and plenty of sleep is also good.

Vix rub, steam your face and put 1 spoon of vibre rub in the steam, cover head with towel, that way you will inhale the steamed water. Make sure the water isn't too boiled, it might be too much for you if you've never steamed your face. Help with blocked nose. Try drinking plain hot water before you go to bed, or put honey and lemsip. Can help to clear throat. Try gargling, but put salt in the water this can kill the bacteria in your throat. Also increase your vitemin C and drink more water. Hope this helps

I would go to the doc....but if you dont, Id drink plenty of fluids, keep eating, and get yourself some Oregano Oil from a GNC. Its a germ killer and Ive read about how itll help kill the cold/flu.
Get well soon. I know the feeling.

Sleep and drink plenty of fluids. Unless of course you want to stay sick you could do the exact opposite.

First get some cough medicine and go to sleep, and if you still don't feel good go to the doctor.
