The Book of the dead came first. The Egyptians had that book around thousands of years ago, way before Christians were around. I am really into Egyptian history and I have a copy of The Book of the dead,it is a creepy book. They had some whacked out beliefs back then.

Depends on which part of the Bible you are referring to. It is a collection of books written by over 40 authors on three different continents covering a period of over 2000 years. So there are books of the Bible that predate the Book of the Dead, and books that do not.
