My friend, who bred Chihuahuas told me she put out a platform for her tiny males, and if thy weren't smart enough to know how to use it, they weren't smart enough to breed...lol
However, you can run them in to your vet's and he will Artificially Inseminate them. My vet charges $80.. It is quick and easy for a pro

If you are having trouble with this I cannot imagine the trouble you are going to have when the puppies come, when the mother starts freaking out, when her milk doesn't come in and the puppies are literally starving, when you have to tube feed the puppies and accidentally get it in their lungs and drown them, when you have to stay home with the puppies, clean up all their poop when they start eating real food, try to find a way to contain then when you have to leave so they don't destroy your house, find them homes, feel guilty about whether or not that was a good home, etc etc etc. Honestly, spay and neuter them, make it easy on yourself, and give some dogs sitting in a shelter a chance to be adopted. Breeding isn't an easy way to make a buck. It's incredibly expensive and time consuming and contributes to an overwhelming problem. Which is why I won't give you the answer to your question.

I totally agree with a previous answer. If you don't even know how to help the mating along, you won't know the first thing about looking after a pregnant, dog, helping with delivery or raising a litter of puppies. Get these dogs spayed/neutered.

Keep them separated till the female comes out of heat. It will be about 3 weeks from the first point of her coming in.

What kind of help do you want?
If the females refuse to accept the male as a potenital mate, there's nothing you can do to force her to accept him. (Despite his size, if he's "acceptable" to the females, they'll give him access.)
If on the other hand you don't want them mating, then get all of them spayed / neutered, and you won't have this problem.

DON'T BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE!
You obviously don't have any idea what you are doing, so please seperate the animals and have her spayed.
There are too many Poodles in the world, we don't need anymore.

get them both spayed and neutered right away. you don't want unwanted puppies. plus there are so many animals we don't need more here so they don't become homeless
