In many parts of the world there are alot of countries that charge a childless tax once you hit your 30st birthday and don't have children. The money from the tax is used to help struggling parents and elderly people with money problems.

I believe, in those parts of the world, population growth is under the replacement rate (more people die than are born). In America, due in large part to immigration, our population growth is still above the replacement rate, albiet barely. The goal should actually be a zero population growth rate.

In China, it is actually the opposite. They are so overpopulated that parents are penalized if they have more than one child.

that's kind of stupid. It should be the other way around, a tax break for those without kids by thirty. that way the parents are ready to actually support them and thus they become less of a burden on society.

This is not a question, but I'll comment anyway. Here in the USA, the childless are also taxed, although not overtly. Childfree folks are taxed by being forced to listen to and deal with little brats in public, they are taxed by having to pay higher taxes (no standard deduction for them if they don't have kids), they are taxed by seeing the condition of roads, infrastructure and resources used more by families with children than without; and they are taxed by all the idiots asking them why they don't have children when it's actually better not to have them!
