If the Saab way babied all of its life than it was a great deal. We had an old Saab that was a huge problem. Any minor problem costs lost of money to replace since they are designed by aircraft engineers. So what I would do is take really good care of the car and find a good mechanic. Also when it comes time to sell it, take the offer even if you are losing a little bit of money.

You'll need to find a good Saab mechanic in your area- but they're solid cars which can run for a heck of a long time if you want them to.

Have it check thoroughly by a mechanic that is familiar with electrical systems.
