Nasty plain popcorn. I saw this new thing in the stores, little snack portions of crackers, oreos, stuff like that for 100 calories a bag. Also some granola bars are only 90 calories each. You can eat an entire can of string green beans, they don't taste too bad if you put like mustard or lo-cal dressing on it. Its only like 100 calories for the whole can. Also, you can eat a whole can of sliced carrots for even less calories and put ketchup on them and some salt & pepper. It tastes alot better than it sounds. Also, cans of Campbells soups, the actual canned kind, have alot for not much calories, but check labels cuz the 'healthy choice' ones can have more calories than the regular!! Such a rip-off!! Good luck! Let me know if any of this works for you, ok? You can go to my profile & email me. I have more tips anyways.

Fruit doesn't have a lot of calories and it fills you up really fast. Eat the skins if they're edible. They're not ultra-low calorie, but you're gotta get your nutrition from somewhere.
