Any cold-pressed olive oil will work well. Store brand is always more economical. Doesn't matter if it's virgin or extra virgin for a body scrub - that only matters if you're cooking with it. The more fat the oil has (for a body scrub) the better it will soften the skin.

Natural oils are great. Anything not made of petroleum is excellent. Olive Oil and Almond Oil are excellent.

I actually have switched to grapeseed oil. A little more expensive but very moisture binding. Not as green either

you may also try to use Yoghurt's or milk to add in your scrub powder or cream,they are rich of moisture and will make your skin smoother.
