I use Grape Seed Extract it contains proanthocyanidins which are powerful antioxidants that removes free radicals (harmful substances that may be produced by environmental pollution, UV light, stress, etc) to promote healthy skin. As an anti-oxidant, it's 50 times more powerful than Vitamin E and 20 times more effective than Vitamin C. Grape Seed Extract also boosts the strength and elasticity of blood vessels and thus helps to deliver nutrients efficiently to skin cells. Hope this helps good luck.

agree with the others that water is the best thing to drink yet they didn't say what to avoid. Soft drinks, chocolate milk, overly sweet juice drinks, and stay away from alcoholic beverages.
