How many people do you know who act like snakes? >.>
Well, I mean... the snake is my spirit guardian. But I don't bite things or coil around my food or crawl into small spaces and shed my skin. Snakes and other reptiles are often symbols of protection, and I do tend to jump in to defend others.

It doesn't, not if you mean this in a literal way. If you are talking about dealing with people who act badly, Jesus in Matthew 18 taught how to act within the Christian community: confront the person alone with his (her) action, if they don't accept that, then go with a witness or two, if they don't accept that, take it to the church, and if they don't listen to the church, they are to treat the person as an outsider who still needs to be reached for God.

Bless them that curse (bite) you. When a snake bite happens, just return it dipped in God's love. There you don't keep the poison, yet you bless the person who cursed you.

You don't have to give them the time of day,.....
Or, you can stick around and act nice BACK TO THEM, so they can see Christ shining thru you.
Just remember, God needs you to not judge the person's motives, just their actions. You can be the Jesus they need to see.
