Introduce yourself. That will give him a chance to respond with his name.
"Hi! My name is ____. And you are...? I've noticed you around. Tell me ___, would you be interested in going to a movie with me this weekend?"

Ask him out?? You dont know his name? Ok, if you dont know his name....you probably dont know that he may be....CRAZY!!!!
Ontop of that, you work with him....that may not be a good idea. What if he wants to pursue but you dont? Then you have to see him EVERYDAY and it just makes for a bad enviornment.
If you still want to ask him out...Miss Hardheaded...just be honest with him. Believe it or not, people nowadays still appreciate honesty. Just say, "Hey, I'll be honest, my name is.......and I'd like to get to know you. Lets grab a drink after work this Friday...."
If you wanted to be sneaky about getting his name, you can always look for his name plate on his cubical wall, or on his desk, but be honest with him.
I thought Leo's were always upfront, and just came out and say what was on their mind........

Ask his name first casually and then play the embarassed girl, it make a guy feel all fuzzy. Then tell him again you want to appologize but you like him and thought of him and would like to get to know him and when guys see a girl embarassed they thinks its cute and like it when there told someone is crushing on them.

walk up to him, stick your hand out and introduce yourself. he'll be forced to laugh and tell you his name. procede from there.
