WOW...where to start...a few things I think are really cute, I'll use my GF for example:
When she makes "comfy" noises when she sleeps.
When she bites her bottom lip when she's nervous.
When she's doing something and gets frustrated.
When she offers to help people.
When she gets excited when something good happens.
When she does things spontaneously for/with me.
When she wears my clothing.
WOW...I could go on and on...no only are these things I find cute, but also things that I love about her.

She has to be feminine.
A nice pair of earrings will always accent her femininity ....
Physically ... boobs are ok but overrated. Give me a nice pair of shapely legs and a cute butt anytime.
A sense of humour is cute, too.

it all depends, but me personally I like a girl who's about 5'7 125lbs nice butt and nice boobies, symetrical face, any race. If she doesn't have any of those things then a really smarty or artsy girl is real cute to me for some reason
