Judo and Sambo are good wrestling arts. BJJ is not considered one of the 4 wrestling arts but is also very effective. As for Greco-Roman, the emphasis seems to be about wearing down your opponent and neutralizing any distance to strike.

Greco-Roman wrestling is all upper body, no leg attacks.
Personally, I prefer Freestyle, which allows all leg attacks, as well as the throws. It seems a better, rounded disipline.

if by wrestling you mean ground fighting I would say Ju-Jitsu but if you mean wrestling I would say Greco Roman Wrestling.

if you're referring to greco roman wrestling (upper body only), i believe it's all preference. all depends what you like freestyle or greco
