depends... british ppl have hotter accents than the other two. but lets get serious. can you really compare these three countries? the great and powerful USA, a world power beyond all world powers, then theres england tiny and hardly evan able to suvive with out America. Oh then India. Third world, Smoggy, they do have bollywood but.. I don't know, sounds like we have a winner.. ENGLAND!!! I mean I hate world powers any ways.

Yes, India's tradition is very great.
Its culture is no match for any America & England.India's people are very hard working and intelligent. Most of America's Scientists have Indian Origin.

First of all.let me tell you that your question should be "which is the best country" and not "which is a better country" as you are comparing more than two countries. kAnd the answer is your motherland is always the best.
