You can give them wet food or dry but try to get them off of milk water is better

Kittens really take to canned food readily. I think Max kitten is a good food. Meat is the natural diet for a cat and more and more vets are coming to the conclusion that cat diet should be balanced between wet and dry because of the high incidence they are seeing of urinary problems on totally dry diets (especially male cats).

dry kitten food soaked in warm water to make it easy on their teeth. If they wont eat that mix milk in it but get them off milk as soon as you can.

You should be able to find "kittenchow" at any food store, if not soft food, canned food(cat food)

soft food, than semi soft like special kitty walmart...than hard otherwise the shock ,and not ready to go to straight hard they'll cry and be hungry not wanting it...and besides poop all over....
