If the person the urine came from is not ill, the urine won't contain anything you can get an infection from. You should also know that bacteria dies quickly when whatever substrate it is on dries.

If the clothing is wet with urine and it has touched your skin where there is an open sore or cut then yes it could give you an infection.

You would have to have the worst luck in the world, if that actually happened by some act of God, you would have been dead already by your bad luck. You would have been struck by lightning, while winning the lottery and finding a four leaf clover in the middle of a freshly mowed field!
