Yea. Go to walmart or meijer and buy 2 ten pound weights. There are TONS AND TONS of excersizes you can do with these weights. If you have some money, you could subscribe to Womens Health or Mens Health magazine to help you lose some weight. The MOST important thing is to watch what you eat VERY CAREFULLY.. Check out this site to see how many calories you need to eat to lose weight. http://www.my-calorie-counter.com/calorie_counter.asp You can also check out how many calories some of your favorite foods have. Give up drinking soda and eating fast food, because that stuff is TERRIBLE on your body. All I did was give up soda and within a month had lost about 15 lbs. It works great, and after that I felt so great, I started working out 4-5 days a week for about a half hour and I LOOK great now. So this stuff Really does work. Good luck to you.

Walking is probably the best. Get good walking/running shoes and try to do 30 minutes + /day of brisk walking. (Be sure to start out with less and work up to 30 minutes and take it easy the first 5 minutes of the workout to get warmed up).

Try getting a walkman and recording your class lectures. Then you can 'study' while you exercise.

Believe it or not, you will never have an easier time losing weight than right now! The active college life and a young metabolism should help you do it fairly easily.

Remember that alcohol adds lots of empty calories too.

As long as you can exercise for 10 min at a time 3 times a day is just as good as 30 min of straight exercise. Weight Watchers is good. I lost 25 lbs since April. Good Luck.

Your student life style is not too bad. I know it's so hard to start to do exercises. And it is more harder to continues doing it. But just by a walk it can be consider as exercise too!

Do you know that...

1-5 minutes walk:
If you walk about 1 to 5 minutes, it causes your heartbeat increase from 70 to 100 times per minute, your blood flows more faster and your muscle starts to feel a little hot. If you continue walking more than 5 minutes, your body will burn 5 calories per minute instead of just 1 calorie in a time you relax.

6-10 minutes:
Your heartbeat increase from 100 to 140 times per minute. Burned calories increase become 6 calories per minute and the blood pressure got a little bit higher. This will make more bloods and oxygens flow especially to move the muscle.

I think this is one of the simplest exercises you can do. Stick on it.

Try read here http://healthydiettips.blogspot.com/2006/10/tips-8-walk-and-diet.html For more benefits on walking for difference periods. Try it!

Walking is one of the best, and easiest exercises to fit into a busy day. Walk whenever possible, over driving. Park as far as possible from wherever you're going when you do drive. Take the stairs instead of an elevator. Use a backpack, and jog if possible.

If you drive to campus, park far from the door. Take the stairs inside. Try to walk 30 min's each day. Don't grab candy bars and pop. Eat real food.
