Yes its probably is possible but you'll gain it all back and probably with a vengeance..... Starve yourself, use laxatives, and you probably will drop the 10 lbs but you'll regret it!!! Nothing works better than a slow, gradual weight loss program of maybe 2 or 4 pounds a month, plus a good exercises routine.

You absolutely CAN lose 10 pounds in 10 days.
BUT the pounds will not be all from fat. They will be muscle and water and a very small (maybe 1 lb) amount of fat.
If you don't eat enough, your body turns the amino acids from your muscles into glucose (breaks them down). Also excess of a fat storing enzyme--lipoprotein lipase--is produced making it harder to lose fat. Additionally, your metabolism drops. So there is no way to lose 10lbs of FAT when all that happens. You can't change how your body is programmed to react to not eating enough.
Why do you think people who crash diet and don't eat enough look weird? Because they lose mostly MUSCLE. So they get skinny, but it's not fat they lost. That's why they're never satisfied because they look weird. They look 'skinny-fat' (thin, but loose and unfirm).
If you try to lose weight in an unhealthy way, you won't lose fat.
If you try to lose weight in a healthy way, you will lose fat.
The only thing you can look forward to is, if you try hard and do it healthy, you can lose about 2-3 lbs of fat max. And if you're really bloated (maybe from your period or too much salt), you can lose a few pounds water weight (but it won't look equivalent to losing a few pounds fat, but it will make a difference).
***NOTE: People say you can lose it, but you gain it back. This is not entirely as okay as it sounds. Cause when you crash diet and don't eat enough, you lose mostly MUSCLE and some water and even littler fat. Then after your metabolism drops and that fat storing enzyme is made in excess, you gain the weight back--only now it's MOSTLY FAT (and some water). So you are worse off than before. You're the same weight, only now you hve lower muscle mass and higher body fat.

its possible but like everyone said you'll gain it all back. Try cutting your carbs and fat way back (my sister did and lost like 5 pounds in 3 days).
Also buy benefiber!!! its pricey but well worth it. Put it in all your drinks and on your food and you'll lose weight much faster.
no more soda!!!! that'll ruin any diet and definitely slow down your weight loss. (diet soda is okay but if youre desperate to lose weight, I'd drop that too)
If you like tea, start drinking green tea. It boosts your metabolism and also helps you lose weight faster. .....So green tea with benefiber in it will probably be excellent.
Finally start exercising. In the morning is best because it'll boost your metabolism for the day. You dont have to kill yourself. 20-25 minutes of aerobics will work just fine most likely.,

I dont think its possible to do that and yes if it were it would be very unhealthy you probably will be too weak to enjoy day 10 that you want to have lost it by.
Exersise, walk alot, dance to fast music, things like that.
Drink lots of water and eat alot of raw vegetables and fruits for a few days you can loose a few pounds that way. It depends on your metabolism.
