Just because someone accepts a date with you doesn't automatically mean that they want to get serious straight away. Sometimes these things take a while, other times not. A date is just about finding out if you both get on with each other. Be flirtatious, throw in some innuendo if you can, but don't come on too strong too soon and don't try to force anything to happen.
Try teasing her a bit to see her reaction. If she laughs and teases you back or thumps you, then you're on the right track. If she's not up for any of that then she's probably shy or boring.
I always try to be playful with girls because that's how I like them. I like them to be up for a laugh and a bit silly and if they're not, then they're not the girl for me and I don't see them again.
I'd also like to say that if you have asked her out, then she will probably already have an idea that you want to be more than just friends. As has been said previously though, don't just ask her out down the pub. Be a bit more creative than that.

You are just going to have to tell her how you feel about her. The sooner the better. It will work out better than trying to drop a few hints here and there. I would much rather find out straight away what a girl thinks about me than risk wasting months courting somebody that isn't interested in me that way. If you don't react badly to a negeative answer then chances are you will still have a friend. Girls appreciate a guy who can express his feelings!

Just TELL her!!!!! Let her know that you think shes fantastic and would be interested in taking things beyond a friendship level - dont rush it though - make her comfortable and Im sure she'll be happy to give things a try. Good luck! xx

When you invite them out, make sure you make it clear its a date and don't do the normal man thing where you go 'fancy meeting up in the pub' etc. Say that you'd like to take her out, and make sure its its a romantic place so she knows.
Its hard I know, but people can't read your mind and you can't read hers!

you know she don't want that kind of relationship so don't even try it.
If you want to end this relationship quick then ask her out. It's a high risk and low outcome percentage but if you feel strongly then just be upfront with her and ask her out.
good luck

you have to be flirtatious and read her signals right to see whether she's flirting or not. i guess it's like an art. you don't want to jump right into hand-holding without knowing for sure that she likes you in that way. girls can be confusing.
