Do you mean Chakra ? third eye or Agya Chakra is present in all human beings...but it is inactive in most of them
With Yoga and Meditation this chakra can be activated and one can see beyond physical plane, after this is activated
With the help of third eye well developed one can see all the astral planes...and even God in very advanced mediations

Sweetie you're no longer beginning your third eye through trapnantion are you? Trapanning is fairly risky it incredibly is the act of certainly making a hollow interior the third eye section surgically. i do no longer propose it. Fasting and meditation on the 0.33 eye section is a miles extra useful thank you to try this. besides your skills would be ones which you have claravoience, telepathy OR the different skill is in all probability already there it merely takes refining it somewhat and studying to apply interior the final manor. Peace&Love be with you...~M~

Actually I think you mean chakra? It is a metaphysical term for energy centre. The third eye is considered the seat of psychic, intuition abilities.

the brow chakra is commonly known as the third eye ( although i it is only symbolic .. because there is no eye )
but it is called this because opening and working with our brow chakra increases and heightens our intuition .. our inner sight or second sight
chakras are energy points along the body
this is a nice detailed link
