ask 'how would i go about selling a kidney' on yahoo answers and im sure someone will help you out
perhaps handing out pamphlets at the local hospital about the dangers of their kidneys exploding
you could even get right into it and dress up as a doctor and tell them they have a busted kidney, and then tell them the transplant will be $( your lucky number ) and you can assure them a kidney within 4 weeks ( 5 and they will be dead ) for a small fee of ( add 3 0's to lucky number )

Put it on ebay....J/k. Its illegal in the US to sell organs no matter what. You can donate them, but if you get caught selling them, you will be arrested.
