I'm a cop in Illinois.....three "convictions" (for moving violations) in one calendar year = an automatic suspension (sorry). Did you attempt to get supervision on any of them ? You should have. Supervision (once its granted) means if you go three months w/o a moving violation...the ticket won't count as a conviction. Find a way to afford an attorney.....don't start driving around suspended !!! The $$ for doing that will end up being more than an attorney's fees. good luck.

Three tickets in a year? The way to avoid having your liscense suspended is follow the rules of the road so you don't get tickets. the whole purpose of the rules of the road is so you don't run into other people.
The whole purpose of not suspending your liscense after just one violation is everyone deserves a second and maybe even third chance. But really ---If you didn't get the message after the second ticket in less than a year you shouldn't be allowed to drive anyway. What you have failed to realize is driving is a priviledge not a right. *LOL* You must be a Democrat. They think the rules don't apply to them.

I was casually talking to a lawyer at a Bear game and told him about my three moving violations. He asked me if they were in the past 12 months and I wasn't quite sure. He said, "You better hope not...they will take your license." Sorry for the bad news. I would spend the $200 or $300 to get legal assistance you need. Find a way to get that money and just do it. If this helps, I think in times like these, you can plead for a Hardship License, which will allow you to drive ONLY during specific times, like to get to and from work.

Well.. let's see....
Did you pursue a defensive driving course to help remove the tickets. If not.. request one.
Other than that, I suggest you show up at your court appearance and be truthful and honest with the Judge. You must convince him/her that you have seen the error of your ways and want to find a way to work something out that will prevent you from losing your license. Make sure you bring with you proof of employement and/or enrollment in school/college. Do not try to minimize your offences but instead try to keep the judge focus on your future and how detrimental it would be to lose your license.
Secondary to that... SLOW DOWN.
Good luck!

you favor to make the funding in an lawyer to bypass with you to site visitors court on the date you're scheduled to look. commonly, those adult men will be able to barter site visitors college in substitute for having the violation expunged out of your using record. jointly, 3 tickets in 2 months skill you aren't to any extent further a secure driving force. The choose would nail you for that reason on my own.
