That's hard to define. It depends on which season you also decide to travel. I would recommend looking for the cheapest ticket from Hong Kong to the airports in which most of planes depart to Lima. And then buy a ticket from those airports to Lima, Peru. The cheapest one is usually Taca. http://www.taca.com
The airports in which planes would usually stop if you are coming from HK and you are going to Peru would be San Francisco, Los Angeles, maybe Atlanta.
