No.. in fact you should be happy that he is wanking and not with someone else.
It will keep him in top form for when you get back.. As long as he is always physically there for you and wanking does not replace your sexual life with him than i say **** away and hey maybe even talk dirty to him over the phone while he does it to encourage and show how much you miss him and being able to make him happy and how you wish you were right there for him.
