Exfoliating helps to keep skin looking healthy and radiant, Exfoliation is when you gently remove the top layer of dead epidermis cells on your body. You can do this using an exfoliation product such as Apri or a body scrub. Garnier (part of L'Oreal) make an excellent one called Body Tonic Sugar Scrub.
Both Women AND Men should exfoliate.
Brush dry skin before getting into the shower. For best results you can use either a loofah, exfoliating gloves or an exfoliating brush. You can buy these at the Body Shop or Boots.
Always start at the soles of the feet and work your way up.
Get into the bath or shower, and follow the instructions on the pack.
If money is tight you can make your own exfoliating stuff by mixing sea salt, olive oil and lemon juice together.
.
Rub rough spots, such as heels, with a pumice stone or stick.
Always rinse off all traces of exfoliator, take care in the bath as the surface will be more slippery than normal.
Only exfoliate once a week or so as the process dries the skin, after exfoliating always use a good body lotion to re-moisturise the skin.

Exfoliation is a way of washing that removed dry and dead skin. You can use a Lufa, an exfoliating towel or a scrub. You can use a scrub like sea salt or a gel with exfoliating beads. It's kind of like sanding your skin with a super fine paper. The key is to even out your skin and make it smooth.
You may notice that, if you don't exfoliate, when you get out of the shower and dry your arms you will notice little clumps of dry skin gathering on your arms and towel--that is because you didn't exfoliate. Exfoliating leaves you smooth by eliminating that dead skin.

Exfoliating is rubbing at the skin so the dead skin cells are buffed away as well as bacteria. It makes your skin feel smoother and is important in skin care. A good way to exfoliate your body is to buy body gloves. They cost around £1.99 and you rub your skin in circular movements to exfoliate it. If you want to exfoliate your face buy a daily exfoliating wash such as clean and clear. Hope this helps x

You can either buy a body scrub or use an exfoliating sponge. Some really good body scrubs are st.ives apricot scrub, or the body shop cocoa butter scrub. The body shop also do some bath gloves which are very effectuve as well.

exfoliation is to help remove dead skin cells from the skin that make the skin look dull, increase blood circulation, which encourages new skin cells to come to the surface and to encourage new hair growth, it also helps to stop ingrown hairs. To exfoliate you can use body scrubs to help to exfoliate scrubs like sanctuary's salt scrub. you can also use a body brush to help to remove dead skin cells. It is recommend to exfoliate 2 to 3 times a week and it is important to use a body moisturiser everyday to keep the skin nourish.

Use apricot exfoliating body wash, you can get it from Asda & Boots. Or you can buy exfoliating gloves, you basically put you body wash on the gloves and wash as normal, they work a treat.
Good Luck in whatever you decide

buy exfoliating wash gels, they have little beads through them to rub off dead skin particles etc. I started exfoliating my face every 3 days years ago and do not get spots or shaving rashes anymore.
Nivea have a good mens range as do Clinique etc.

Exfoliating is just removing dead skin, you can do this by mixing sand in your lotion or buying lotion with exfoliates in them.
