Eat breakfast. Make sure it's healthy. Eat lots of snacks... before the cravings start. Fruits, healthy granola bars, veggies and even trail mixes. The higher protein will stabilize your body and might help fight the cravings. Walk whenever you can and take steps instead of elevators. Do some weight training. It doesn't have to be much. Anything that pumps the muscle will raise you metabolic rate so you will burn more calories when you are doing nothing. Push ups or ab work while watching t.v. or just pacing while on the telephone. PUT THE SCALE AWAY FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. People tend to get discouraged when they don't see the results quick enough.

First let me say that I don't think you need to worry about those last seven pounds. You have the ideal weight of someone who is 5'4 so don't sweat it. Secondly the reason you are craving junk food while you are at work is stemming from one of two reasons. Either you are quite bored while you are at work (just because you are busy doesn't mean you aren't bored) or you are under a lot of stress while you are at work. Try buying the 100 calorie snacks. They have them as cookies, chips, and crackers so it's not like you are eating carrots all day. That way you can munch off and on all day and not feel guilty about it and you are giving your body what it's telling you that you want.

simple: Find a trainer to come to your place and train u right in your living rm, as far as being at work ( u just pack small tiny meals ) the 7 lbs is nothing to lose. If u worked out every single day and did cardio every single day as well, watch what would happen. Its HOW u train and eat that does it.

This sounds like 'emotional' eating to me, based on stress and emotions, not on actual hunger.
A counselor or program like Overeaters Anonymous might help.
Also, I've found if I skip breakfast or don't get regular meals in, then I'm STARVING at night and only want junk.
Good luck with it.

Eat a good, healthy breakfast; no McDonald's!
After you get home and eat a good, healthy dinner, take a 20 minute walk around your block.
