That is not difficult- yeah me a boy, so I'll say- we love if friendship graduates to romance however we have the same inhibitation as you are having. So better hang out tighter and hang out together a lot more- movies-discand stuff, lo viola you will not need to propose. take my word for it.

No you wont loose if ur friend, if he is reasonable kinda guy. Guys understand this and will continue to b ur friend as he was. Just dont freak him out and push him too hard, then it wont b pretty. OK? If he says no let him. If he says let me think then he means yes and if he says yes i dont think i need to tell what to do next.

That is very tricky.
He is not in love with you, but if you make the move, maybe he will change.
Maybe he will not...
But he will still be your friend, if he's your best friend, and you think you can take it like that, knowing that he will eventualy have a girlfriend.

if he's really your best friend, then he'd understand your condition. i'd say that he wont refuse. and even if he does, look into his eyes, and say how special he means to you. and say it straight from the heart. if you truely, deeply, madly, passionately love him
