Construction/engering or law school.
my son is intested in both industries, but my boyfriend and i are in construction/elevator business. thanks.

Law school is alot tougher to make a good living at thats for sure. If you are not going to be top in your field then you are going to struggle. Not to mention the fact that you will need at least eight years of expensive schooling, all of which you will be making a sub par living. And the construction business looks alot better financially. I know if it was my choice I would go with the field less saturated.

i agree with the answer above. Unless you go to Harvard Law school, or have strong connections, only about the top 5% of lawyers make partner or senior partner and make more than 6 figures. Law is a very saturated field these days. The remaining lawyers will make 80-90k for the middle 50% and the remaining will struggle and most likely be taking cases like DUIs etc. Unless you have a genius son who can make it to the IVs or he has an undying passion for law, construction/elevator would be a much better choice fo making money.

construction, engineering is useless unless u go into nano tech( electronics) or bio medical fields

Engineering. But u should go towars either electrical or mechanical engineering.
