Sounds like angry sex .. or an attempt at make up sex .. like he is trying to claim you as his property or teach you a lesson or make sure you know you are his girl and there to serve him and not others.. / It sounds like to me you did not want to have sex because of relationship issues or you were not in the mood but it does not sound like you fought him and said no and made it clear you had no further interest in a sexual encounter with him.
It is only rape if you say no stop and he doesn't and of course you did not start off or agree to a play rape fantasy in your relationship. Just resisting or getting alittle rough with someone you are already sexual with may just seem to him like playing hard to get and so he should try harder and it appears he did and you gave him cause to do so by sleeping with a friend.
But if you say no and he did not stop then it is rape.

Call the police immediately. The longer you wait, the harder it is to actually get the guy convicted. He shouldnt' be out there to possibly do this to other women... and he will. Sounds like he has no respect for women. What a shame. I'm sorry this happened to you. It happened to me in college... really similar situation, minus the second friend. Even if you have sex with someone once, if you say no the second or 50th or 200th time, then that time is rape. The guy that attacked me went on to rape 8 other girls at my college. Don't let the guy that did this to you get away with it. Please.

Well gheesh they assumed you were a loose girl. Check yourself before you wreck yourself. Stop going in boys rooms and sitting on their beds and PUTTING yourself into potentially dangerous situations. If you even THINK you were almost rape, you can call the police and ask to speak to someone or call a rape counselling center.

I'm pretty sure that that constitutes sexual assault. But since there was no penetration involved, it wasn't rape. You could and should report it, but just to warn you, you'd probably have a hard time proving it.

anytime a woman is forced into having sex, it's rape..if you said no, and truly meant it, it's rape.
