The first thing I notice on a woman is probably her smile if she is smiling. Of course most guys will say body etc etc. but I think the biggest factor is a girl's face and how she carries herself. At least, that is what it is for me. I like a girl with a pretty smile who may not be the most beautiful girl in the room but she is comfortable inher skin and sexy regardless.

It depends on where the man is looking and for how long. If the man intends to keep looking at the woman then he may look at her mannerisms, way of speaking, way of dressing (invariably this is the first thing that I notice in a woman), behavior etc. Women who are well dressed can exude grace.

The fact that she is a woman. If you didn't notice that, the question'd be invalid. When you established she is a woman, the first thing you noticed is, indeed, that she is female.

I'm not a guy, but I notice women before I even glance at a man. The first thing I check out is their grill, if they don't take care of their teeth, it's instant unattraction! Sometimes "other things" just POP out at you...it's hard not to notice those too! lol

The first thing I notice is if they are breathing, the rest is up to me! I tend not to be as shallow as the people who are around me. I will determine if the woman is good enough to frequent once I establish what her traits are.

The eyes if up close... breasts and butt if further away, depending on which side is turned towards me.
Hair is also big. Blonde or brunette? Some guys perfer one over the other.
