Most in the food industry have to.. I don;t have to wear a hairnet but we are required to keep our hair out of our face,

Yes, I work at a Gatorade Factory, and every one has to wear a hair net, all hair has to be in it, and with men that have beards, they have to wear a beard guard net.
No Watches, earrings, rings with stones (Wedding bands ok)
No false eye lashes, no necklaces.

I use one but the funny thing is that I have very hairy arms and my arm hair drops into the peoples food I am serving.
