Yes because they boost the system. Just like drinking coffee, it keeps you awake but its not good for you.

Try drinking Bawls Sugar Free, available at 7-11 and certain grocery stores. Tastes really good, almost like Sprite. And no sugar, ~60 mg of Caffeine.

Well I don't know about the rest of the Energy drinks.

The ones that I distribute have:
NO SUGAR
NO CARBS
and 8 calories.

And 8 to 10 different flavors and they''ll be making new ones.
The brand is called "XS"

And two of them are caffine free they are made with Vitmane C instead.

If your looking for someone more "Natural" Any juice and fruit that have vitmane C will work.

Keep in mind any energy drink or anything you may take to keep from sleeping are made to keep you up and move for a couple of hours. Or to even give you a boost during the middle of the day. Its not made to keep you up for a couple of days. That's why, in many cases, you should exceed the limit of 2 cans daily intake.

Although I find that best way to get rid of fatigue is to sleep.

Energy drinks help those who really get worn out alot.
But to be honest, I don't think they're good on the long run.
You obviously are aware of the caffeine overdose. And sugar is basically to give you an energy boost. Again, you got to be burning it off...

One advice. DONT EVER MIX ALCOHOL WITH ENERGY DRINKS. A lot of places offer cocktails with energy drinks, but these are extremely unhealthy.

They are a waste of money, and as you say high in caffeine. Also leave a bitter taste afterwards. Dont waste your money. Get some Vitathion which is a genuine vitamin and mineral replacement. If you working out, ask the gym to suggest something good. Over the counter stuff, you wasting your time and money.

Energy drinks are basically cold cofffee with taurine. To a certain degree, they CAN be good for you with all that ginsing and stuff they add. NATURAL energy drinks tastes like crap.
