All these people running around saying thet are saved have not been saved from anything tangible as far as I can tell.
They all still "sin", they all still suffer, they all still die, and none of them ever come back. In what sense is that salvation?

well,I'm not a theologian, but my best guess is that its hard for people to live by rules, free will comes into play and they go astray.Mankind has always been tempted by something or the other,as for the bitter taste of salvation, well thats in the eye of the beholder, the only thing I do know is that only through some sort of suffering are people to advance, when something is given to you,we seem to take it for granted,if its earned we treasure it.

Religion - a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature,
and purpose of the universe often based on myth!
It seems to me this fits just about all human religions.
Why do we need religion anyway? It only seems to set us
one against another!
Do we embrace the notion of religion because we are to
frightened to acknowledge the possibility this is all
there is?
All contemporary religious dogma has failed humanity!
All contemporary religious dogma divides the human family!
All contemporary religious dogma causes too many tears!
The whole of humanity longs for something that will bring
us all together as Family. Something that will allow us to
embrace our unity.
Nothing I see on Earth today makes this possible!!!
Have fun but be safe.

Isaiah 5:20 Destruction is certain for those who say that evil is good and good is evil; that dark is light and light is dark; that bitter is sweet and sweet is bitter.

Hellfire would be much MORE bitter...with NO hope of escape
In Christ,
Jeff
p.s. Saved people still sin...but the BIG difference is they FALL into sin whereas before accepting Christ they DOVE into sin...after a Christian is tempted and sins..he/she is to acknowledge it and ask God for forgiveness right away...He's a very forgiving God...that's for sure..Praise the Lord!
