Very recently I went through exactly the same and was diagnosed as having a panic or anxiety attack. Make an appointment to see your GP and he can advise you accordingly. Point of interest though, they also identified I was suffering with very high blood pressure which may have exacerbated the symptoms, so please do go and see your GP.

Go see your doctor and tell him what's going on, he will prescribe something for you. This doesn't always mean pills, there might be a self help group that will do wonders for you, or even changing your routine might help.
What ever you do, stay calm and take very slow deep breaths when you feel this starting to build up, it might help control it a bit...

Oh Dear take it easy. It's very hard to stay undisturbed when faced with turmoil. Please, think that it's a passage in life and everything cannot go the way we want it.

Don't nocture health complications and don't be hooked on pills either. Pray to the LORD if you have any faith.

Good luck.

Find something to focus on, not the issue at hand. Calm down and take some deep breaths. Good luck and God bless

You are having panic attacks and they can be scary as hell. Make an appointment with your doctor immediatley and have him prescribe you anti-anxiety medication. Be totally honest with you doctor so that you can get the proper medication. Good luck.

Sounds like maybe a panic attack. See your doctor. You may need an anxiolytic (anti-anxiety drug) or psychotherapy to learn how to cope with one of these without meds. Good luck!
