Any of the following are equivalent here in Mexico at least:

¡Dios mío!
¡Dios de mi vida!
¡Diosito santo!
¡Jesús!

BTW: Remember that in Spanish, the exclamation point is placed both AT THE BEGINNING and at the end of the sentence.

My God translates to Dios mio, My Goodness literally means Mi Bondad but it is not used in Spanish it doesn´t make much sense.
