Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

No sugar
No sodas
No candy
No chips
No potatoes
No pasta
No pizza
no corn
no bread
no burgers
no fried foods

Basically you can't. The only way to do so would to be essentially starve yourself - and if you do this it won't take but a week to 10 days before your body will switch into "starvation mode" and start being hyper efficient in processing & consuming calories.

You really really don't want to have this happen. You will start on a terribly vicious circle of gain & losing.

Smaller portion sizes and if you can, try to eat more organic foods. A little exercise wouldn't hurt either. I'm not sure about 3 jeans sizes but maybe up to two if you stick with it.

well, one way is to stop drinking pop, or coffe, or anything of that sort, start drinking Green tea instead of pop, or w/e. also, do not eat fast food products, or snack foods, also do not snack because of bordom. and try exercising every day, even if small at first, start by runinghalf a mile everyday, and doing like 50 crunches. trust me, i lost 20 lbs in two months following this routine

starve yourself to death!!
go to the gym you wont lose that in a month you will get seriously ill, dont do it! but still go gym even if it one jean size, its something aint it. :o)
