I have seen the old Tai Bo video tapes/DVD's on sale at Walgreen's for like $5. This will help make your workouts a big more fun. So all you will need is a jump rope, two sets of dumbbells, an exercise book, an execise tape and some good walking/running shoes, you will be in business.
