talk about it. dreams are normally a manifestation of your subconscience during your sleep. Once it stops being part of your subconscience, it should stop......well thats what I believe anyway!

i had a reacurring dream that kept comming back not about guns tho, find what you are scared of and then face it all dreams mean something ok so calm down and think what is happening in your life and face it and it might well disappear
