moisurise lots and lots.....you can't get rid of them, but you can stop them from looking worse and by massaging lotion into them, you are keeping the blood flowing around them stopping and fatty deposits building up (and its the deposits that make stretchmarks more visible)

You could try any of the following, but a combination probably will work best:

1) Retin A Cream (Prescription Only)
2) Copper Peptides (Neova, Skin Biology)
3) L-Ascorbic Acid (Cellex-C)
4) Alpha Hydroxy Acids (MD Formulations, Glytone, Mene & Moy)
5) Carrier Oils suchs as Jojoba Oil and Sweet Almond Oil (Available through Aromatherpy retailers).

HTH : )

Stretch marks are our body's way of adapting to sudden change in weight. Sad to say, once you have it, you have it for life. The only difference is that through time, it seems diminished because it actually adapts the natural color of your skin. You can put whitening lotions to lighten it. There are a lot of lotions that claim that stretch marks vanished by using their lotions. It does not, it just lightens & follow your natural color, thus it's not obvious. Trust me. I've used a lot but none have stood to their claim. So stretch marks vanishing, impossible. Diminishing, uhmm, well, simply because it lightened up. Hang on, & be confident. There is no human being in this world, that does not have stretch marks (except babies perhaps). I don't even know if stretchmarks can be vanished through surgery. :)

No, sweet-heart. Once they are there, they are there. Vitamine E oil can help minimize and heal a little - but not enough - however it will stop more coming.:)
