Just because she is polite to you doesn't mean she wants to get back together. Its possible she just doesn't want to waste her time being mad at you. If you want to get back with her, you should talk to her about it and ask her directly how she feels. Let her know that you have been thinking about it and want to know if she feels the same. I don't know why you broke up to begin with but just be honest with her about it. That way there is no misunderstandings and then you can move on, either with her or someone else. But whatever you do don't pressure her because then she will certainly push you away and maybe even stop being so polite.
