I have searched several medical dictionaries and could not find any such word. But I did find these references that you can pick info out of about it. It seams each one is a little different from the other. I think the best bet would be to ask a doctor.

here is another reference to "nervous weakness"
........ (It is a frequent symptom in various forms of nervous weakness...).......
Anxiety [Lat. anxius, anxious, from angor, distress]: Ger. Angst, Beängstigung; Fr. anxiété, délire anxieux, inquiétude; Ital. ansietà. (1) Relatively strong apprehension or fear of the type described under HOPE AND DESPAIR (q.v.).
(2) Pathological: solicitude, mental distress or agitation; either in dread or anticipation of some sorrow or trial, or as a general apprehensiveness of misfortune. Its specific expressions may be recognized in the worried aspect of the features and attitude, and in a feeling of constriction and distress in the praecordial region. It is a frequent symptom in various forms of nervous weakness and of mental disease. (J.J.)
It characterizes conditions of degeneracy, and is a symptom of Morel's 'emotional delirium' -- délire émotif. (L.M.)
Literature: cf. V. MAGNAN, Recherches sur les Centres nerveux (2nd series); and Leçons cliniques sur les Maladies mentales (1893); MOSSO, Fear (Eng. trans.). (L.M.)

also I found a mention in : Homeopathic Medicines & Treatment for NEURAESTHENIA, Nervous Weakness, Prostration.
The mention.....(and the nervous weakness shows itself in backache about the region of the last dorsal vertebra, and excessive fidgetiness of the feet...)

I searched for long time trying to get info on it. It was very scarce. It seemed to me to differ a bit from one explanation to another. so I think a doctor definitely would be a better source since I could not find it even medical dictionaries.
I hope this helps
update: I'd like to know were "Quite New Here" got there info from since I have extensively searched through medical dictionaries, medical encyclopiedias, medical terms & definitions as well as 5 other search engines and hardly any information on "nervous weakness" spelled as 2 words or one ( I searched both versions) came up at all. I seriously hope that it wasn't a "I think that's what is means" answer. Because no were on any sight did that definition come up. I am still searching this out for you. I will update my answer later today if I find any additional information on it. otherwise the best thing to do would be to ask a doctor, or maybe more than one since I am not even sure that 2 doctors would have the same answer for this.
FOR: Quite New Here, if you see this, please cite your source. I want to see it for myself.

UPDATE:
A person suffering from nervous weakness or debility generally experiences a sense of nameless fear, agitation, perplexity, confusion, worry, disappointment, loneliness, irritability and insomnia. The physical symptoms are constipation, dyspepsia, headaches, vague aches and pains all over the body and feverishness. The patient is also inclined to be a hypochondriac. The moment he reads about or hears the symptoms of a disease he imagines that he suffers from it. The wise physician will keep him away from any medical literature.
