its is for lower level management.discipline with in the organization

Hi Amitha,

This is Abhishek, as you are developing the questionnaire on "Organizational discipline" but your this topic is not giving the full idea on which you want to develop the questionnaire. Coz by this topic, which kind of discipline you wanna talk about. It can be either internal or external. If it is internal then question arises that about which level of management or employess you wanna develop the questionnarie. Suppose if it is Low level management who are consistently busy with day to day operation then the quetionnaire.......
1. Are the employees working as according to the policies of the organization?
2. Is there any policy of the organization which come accross towards their work n what the modification they want?
3. Are they get middle level mangament support in performing their activites..or if they(lower level mangament) voilating the orders of management then what is the reason for violating?

Like these question we can get the knowledge of the lower level management about their thinking towards the organizational discipline...but still these question are not to the point coz there is lack of idea in the main head line.
