You are just a bit homesick. I used to be when I seperated from my family. Just put your head up and later today you will feel a bunch better. I had to limit my visits home because I was fine until I went home for a weekend. GOOD LUCK and enjoy college

You are just homesick and realize you are growing up and away from your family and becoming your own person. That can be scary. And no, you are not SUPPOSE to be happy when you return back to school....you just shared a great weekend with your family and miss that....so lighten up on yourself...the crying will stop soon...I promise....and may even get to where you don't want to go home on the weekend all the time....trust me, I've been there. Have fun...its college!!! Enjoy your freedom !!

Dude, it's very normal to miss your family and cry for this. There's nothing wrong with you. You should be thankful, you've strong family ties.

It's natural to be a little homesick - most college people don't fully adjust until 2nd semester sophmore year. You'll be fine. Chin up!
