where can i find or download free compilers for atmel microcontrollers???

you dont say what language, but Im assuming C. Keil is what I have always used, and they have demo software you can use. I dont know the limitations, but I used to use their demo software years ago, and there werent many. Debug is the only thing I remember not working.
