The simple fact that the physical body can be easily
damaged? So we fear for our needs? Like what we will drink, and what we will eat?
And fight and war out of fear there won't be enough?
And attack others with our criticizng and complaining, to keep them at a distance, out of fear we might get hurt emotionally?
And our basic weaknesses cause us to go into denial, and create
all sorts of abberations like self-righteousness, and false prides,
like sexism, racism, nationalism, and religous intolerance?
YOU CAN TAKE THAT TO THE BANK!

I think the root of evil is the inability to realize that we are all part of the same whole. A sense of isolation from one another is where fear, hate and greed and all the other "evils" are formed.

FEAR is the root for some good things happening around. Take relegion which says if you sin you will go to hell, atleast in the fear of hell religous ppl avoid evil. Coz of the FEAR a policemen / judge may punish the evil is limited,........... Only coz of non-Fear evil happens, beleiving iam more powerfull is the root cause to Evil rather than the fear.

I fear the root of all evil is to look at the word evil backwards, they go hand in hand if u think about it. Sad but true.

I think the "Lask of Love" is the root of all evil...anything of what you say that is born out of hate is evil.
But our basic weekness can be worked on...because we too have strengths that can help us over come them.

I hope this helps...God bless
