Yes they can. Some women don't like men who talk too much. I see a lot of couples, where the woman talks and the man just nods and seems uninterested but then the woman seems happy.
Not talking is another personality trait. Thats no problem. If you don't enjoy talking then that is fine.
There are even couples who don't have a common language but still stay together. True love is with the heart and not communication

You don't have to be a motor mouth to get dates and kisses from women. Just show them some affection, and they will respond in kind.
