Does anyone have a veggie burger recipe using Veggie Mince? or is it the same as a normal meat burger???

You can make vege burgers using vegetarian mince and onion, roll into a ball flatten and then grill or fry.

VEGGIE BURGERS

2 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. diced string beans
1/2 c. cabbage, diced
1/2 c. broccoli, diced
1/2 c. mushrooms, diced
1/2 c. onions, diced
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. tamari
1 clove garlic, diced
3 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil
Cheese

Mix all the ingredients together, shape into patties. Heat some oil in a skillet, brown patties on both sides. Place in a baking pan and bake 25-30 minutes. Top with a slice of Cheddar cheese 5 minutes before done. Great with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and the works.

Our veggie burgers are just a simple hamburger without the meat pattie...... it's great and I don't miss the meat!

I would suggest buying LM burgers. Melt cheese and have some onion and tommie sauce, on. I think homemade ones would taste awful.
