I have adobe photoshop 7.0 and adobe image ready 7.0 installed on my pc, but have no clue how to use them to help me with my question, so can any one help me please ?

download irfanview, found at http://www.irfanview.com
It's easier to use.
1. Open up your file
2. Click on "Image" in the toolbar, and then "Resize/Resample."
3. You can then change the pixel size. It will automatically keep your proportions intact. If you don't want pixels, you can use inches, cm's.

With your picture Open
Click Image And Then Click Image Size.
Make the changes to whatever you want and click OK.

you could try inserting the picture on paint. then go to save as and then write in whatever it is called. save the file in JPEG format. i am not sure how to change its pixels.
