is hawaii more vulnerable to attack than the main states?

since its out there by itself?

yes it is more vulnerable, but not because it is out there by itself. Hawaii was made from volcanoes that have erupted over time, but also with eruptions goes earthquakes. they are still active (all be it ) dormant for some time.

Yes because Hawaii is small and is surrounded by water there for someone can attack on any side.
